and Inquiries stored in or performed by EquipmentRoad on a Subscriber's behalf,
or otherwise deal with their information other than as specified in the
Agreement.

collect, use and publish aggregate statistics, data and/or information
about Subscribers, and other information relating directly or indirectly
to their use of or access to EquipmentRoad to use in marketing, promoting and
improving our services. In such cases, we use all reasonable efforts
to ensure that these statistics do not include any information that will
identify individual Subscribers.
We also track certain information about visitors to
this website (www.equipmentroad.com ),
and other sites from which
EquipmentRoad can be accessed, such as the sites that referred them to us
and the sites that they link to from our site(s). We use cookies
which are stored on your computer to help manage your session when
you log-in to the EquipmentRoad Members Area. Stored cookies can be
deleted from your computer.
Because
of the nature of the Internet, including the potential risk of
unauthorized access, we cannot guarantee that information will not be disclosed in
ways not contemplated in this notice and Subscribers are therefore advised
not to enter information into EquipmentRoad that they do not want viewed by
others.
Notwithstanding
the foregoing, there are occasions where we may be compelled to release
information to third-parties to:

our obligations under the Agreement; or
c.
protect
the rights or property of MetalRoad or other individuals or
entities.
